As all pieces are made to order, with your chosen size and length to give you the choice of the perfect fit. As well as being more sustainable. We do not offer refunds and exchanges of your orders if there is no fault from our side in size/ length/ style. 
 

Only orders that have been damaged due to shipment would be considered in a case by case basis. In the case of a fault or damage in your item, the claim has to be submitted via email ( infovabaya@gmail.com )in less than 24 hours of receiving the package — otherwise, the claim will be rejected.
